Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and acquire new fleet customers across corporate, rental, leasing, logistics, construction, and government sectors
- Manage and grow existing fleet and key accounts
- Build and maintain a strong fleet sales pipeline
- Prepare customized fleet quotations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contract terms in line with company policies
- Close high-volume fleet deals and long-term contracts
- Conduct regular client meetings and field visits
- Monitor fleet renewal cycles and proactively propose new solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, registration, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet programs
- Support business growth and market expansion strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of fleet sales experience in the automotive industry (Saudi market)
- Proven track record in closing fleet and corporate sales deals
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple accounts
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required
