Automotive Distribution & Marketing Company (ADMC) is a Saudi-based automotive distribution and marketing company established in 2017. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new fleet customers across corporate, rental, leasing, logistics, construction, and government sectors
  • Manage and grow existing fleet and key accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong fleet sales pipeline
  • Prepare customized fleet quotations and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contract terms in line with company policies
  • Close high-volume fleet deals and long-term contracts
  • Conduct regular client meetings and field visits
  • Monitor fleet renewal cycles and proactively propose new solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, registration, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet programs
  • Support business growth and market expansion strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of fleet sales experience in the automotive industry (Saudi market)
  • Proven track record in closing fleet and corporate sales deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple accounts
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required
