Job Title: Account Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Our client is Middle East's leading provider of mobile, off-grid solar-hybrid microgrids, delivering clean, reliable power to construction, oil & gas, logistics, and industrial customers across the region. With the largest installed base of temporary off-grid hybrid systems in the UAE and majority of the market share in mobile camps, we help clients cut diesel costs, reduce emissions, and improve operational performance.

Our client is fast-growing and are looking for a high-energy Account Manager to help expand and deepen their customer relationships.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in construction, O&G, and industrial sectors
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored hybrid-energy solutions (solar-battery-diesel)
• Lead the full sales cycle: qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure
• Drive account expansion and retention through proactive customer engagement
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure flawless execution
• Monitor project performance and ensure customers receive best-in-class service
• Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

• Min. 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
• Experience in energy, construction, O&G services, equipment rental, or industrial projects
• Ability to manage complex technical discussions with customers
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
• English and Arabic speaking.
