Regional Steel Trading Manager; Business Focused and Dubai

Core Responsibilities

Focus on steel trading business centered in Saudi Arabia, covering products including flat steel (HRC, CRC), long steel, and billets; the annual trading volume target is around 80,000 tons. Key products include coiled and flat steel (HRC, CRC) and construction-grade long steel (steel bars and deformed steel bars).

• Experience in international steel trading;
• Track record of achieving an annual sales volume of 80,000 tons; experience in collaborating with Chinese traders is preferred;
• Fluent English as working language.

• 1. 负责迪拜和周边中东沙特等区域市场的全品种销售，并对客户按行业及产品特性进行跟踪服务，对该市场年度市场利润目标负责；
• 2. 落实总部制定的业务策略，把握订单运行风险；
• 3. 进行当地市场信息收集、反馈；
• 4. 与产品部及其他办事处协同，对当地钢铁行业进行动态跟踪。
• 5. 通过第三方EOR雇佣。

• 1. Responsible for sales of all products in Dubai market and KSA market, follow up customers by industry and product characteristics, and be responsible for annual market profit target.
• 2. Implement the business strategy set by headquarter, grasp the risk of order operation;
• 3. Collect local market information and feedback.
• 4. Coordinate with product department and other offices to follow up the local steel industry.

• 1. 本科及以上学历，英语听说读写熟练，能够作为工作语言；
• 2. 具备5年以上贸易经验熟悉贸易流程，愿意投身钢铁贸易的候选，熟悉沙特和中东市场；
• 3. 有较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，具备团队合作精神。

• 1. Bachelor degree or above, good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• 2. 5 years of sales experience in the steel industry, familiar with the Saudi, Dubai market;
• 3. Strong communication and coordination skills and pressure-resistant ability, with a team spirit.
