We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in property-related advertising sales to drive revenue growth for a leading real estate advertising portal
. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing advertiser accounts, and selling digital advertising solutions to real estate developers, brokers, and property companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the real estate and property sector
    .
  • Sell property advertising packages and digital marketing solutions to real estate developers, agencies, and brokers.
  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing advertisers.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and post‑sale account management.
  • Consistently update and manage leads, opportunities, pipelines, and client data using a CRM system
    .
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and property‑related networking activities when required.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales within a property advertising portal, real estate media, or digital advertising platform in KSA market.
  • Strong understanding of real estate advertising products
    , online listings, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems for lead management, sales tracking, and reporting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a target‑driven role.
