Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations within the ERP solutions. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a proven sales track record, and deep knowledge of ERP solutions and the regional markets.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in Targeted countries for Info-sys Products.
• Identify and prioritize potential clients and opportunities in the specified regions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Perform presentations to customers related to company profile and product features.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities in the ERP & CRM software sector.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
• Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences in the specified regions
• Travel to meet customers onsite whenever it is needed
• Managing & Training sales people whenever they join the company and plan a sales strategy for them to follow in order to close deals.
