Job Responsibilities- Identify new clients and expand the target customer base
- Present catering services and proposals in a professional manner
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality
- Follow up on invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and opportunities
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions to promote the brand
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably in catering or hospitality)
- Previous experience in desserts and bakery businesses
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
