Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive to manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new business, and actively seeking sales opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account planning.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role.
    • Experience with government sector and familiarity with GOV procedures.
    • Experience with Etimad portal.
    • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
    • Experience in SaaS sales, focusing on subscription-based revenue models.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technical communication skills.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hub Spot) and MS Office.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
