Sales Manager - Retail

The Sales Manager – Retail is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability across hypermarkets and modern trade customers in KSA. The role leads key account teams, develops strategic customer partnerships, and ensures strong execution of commercial plans in line with company objectives.

• Develop and execute the modern trade sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and margin optimization across key accounts
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting for modern trade

• Oversee relationships with major hypermarket and modern trade customers
• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings, and trade terms
• Ensure effective joint business planning and promotional execution
• Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers and Sales Executives
• Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs

• Analyze sales data, customer performance, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams

• Track sales performance, margins, and promotional ROI
• Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in FMCG / Food service sales, with strong modern trade exposure
• Proven experience managing hypermarkets and modern retail chains in KSA is a must
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of category management and trade marketing
