What You´ll Do- Lead Key Account Strategy to drive market growth and expand share across the region.
- Execute Strategic Plans for designated General Manufacturing accounts with measurable impact.
- Cross-Country Leadership & Coaching to align and empower account teams across multiple geographies.
- Own Account Action Planning with tailored roadmaps focused on over-proportional growth and strategic penetration.
- Drive Project & Account Development through direct commercial and technical support for key initiatives.
- Engage Stakeholders across customer and internal functions to ensure seamless collaboration and influence.
- Manage Business Opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and steering major growth initiatives.
- Champion Technical Advocacy through solution selling, standards inclusion, and qualification programs.
- Build Strategic Relationships with senior executives, procurement, engineering, and plant leadership.
- Lead Commercial Strategy including pricing, contract negotiations, and governance through CRM and reporting.
- Languages:
Fluent in English & Arabic – essential for regional stakeholder engagement. - Digital
Skills:
Proficient AED offices Microsoft and digital sales tools for efficient account management. - Industry Network:
Well-connectedություններով key industrial players in Saudi Arabia, enabling faster access and influence. - Technical Background:
An engineering degree with solid knowledge of industrial manufacturing and qualification processes. - Commercial & Leadership Capability:
- Proven B2B negotiation and contract management skills.
