Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in KSA

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager – Kitchen Line to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in kitchen design sales
, team leadership, and showroom management, with a passion for interiors and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen showroom.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to project completion.
  • Handle client consultations
    , understand requirements, and support the team in presenting suitable kitchen solutions.
  • Monitor showroom KPIs including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
    .
  • Coordinate with design, factory, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage pricing, quotations,, and contract closure.
  • Ensure showroom visual standards, displays, and samples are always up to brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales issues professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in showroom or retail management within kitchens, furniture, joinery, or interiors
    .
  • Strong background in kitchen sales and client-facing roles
    .
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, finishes, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
