At ATHEER Connectivity , we provide high-performance wireless connectivity solutions for businesses and service providers. As we expand our commercial footprint, we are looking for Field Sales Representatives / Channel Sales Agents who can actively go to market, engage customers face-to-face, and sell our service packages on the ground.
This role is highly execution-focused and suited for individuals or small teams with strong local market access and hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Customer AcquisitionConduct door-to-door and on-site visits to identify and acquire new customers.
Present and sell Atheer’s connectivity packages to businesses and target accounts.
Generate leads independently and convert them into signed deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets through direct, on-ground selling.
Customer EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular field visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Act as the first point of contact during the sales and onboarding stages.
Sales Execution & CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams to support installations, activations, and handovers.
Track sales activities and share basic field updates and feedback.
Support expansion through referrals, upselling, and repeat business.
RequirementsProven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or channel sales.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with telecom, internet services, or B2B sales is a plus.
Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
Engagement can be commission-based or revenue-sharing, depending on profile.
