Job Description Role Overview
ATHEER Connectivity is expanding its wireless broadband and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) footprint. We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Sales & Customer Operations Executive who can act as the bridge between customers, engineering, operations, and partner ISPs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on execution, customer engagement, and operational coordination, rather than pure hunting sales. You will play a critical role in customer onboarding, partner coordination, contract facilitation, and service activation.
Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Account Coordination- Act as the primary point of contact for Home Broadband and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) customers
- Engage with customers to understand connectivity requirements , timelines, and service expectations
- Coordinate customer onboarding from initial interest to service activation
- Support the sales process by facilitating document collection , customer, and contract requirements
- Coordinate with partner ISPs and service providers to create customer accounts
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction
- Assist in preparing commercial summaries, service details, and order confirmations
- Navigate partner portals, ERP systems, and ISP platforms to :
- Create new customer accounts
- Raise service requests
- Track provisioning status
- Support invoicing and activation workflows
- Liaise between clients, engineering, and operations teams to :
- Communicate customer requirements clearly
- Track delivery timelines and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and customer expectations
- Escalate issues proactively and follow through until resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in telecom, ISP operations, broadband sales support, or customer coordination roles
- Strong understanding of Home Broadband and / or Dedicated Internet Access services (preferred)
- Comfortable working with ERP systems, partner portals
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Highly self-driven, organized, and execution-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to engage with customers and field teams as required
- Not a pure salesperson — but a sales enabler and execution owner
- Someone who follows through , closes loops, and gets things done
- Comfortable dealing with customers, partners, engineers, and operations
- Detail-oriented but commercially aware
- Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
- Reports directly to the Head of Sales & Growth
