Sales Manager - EV Micromobility & Logistics Partnerships (KSA)

The Role

This is a critical, full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the sales strategy for VEGO EV Micromobility products, with a primary focus on securing high-value B2B/B2G partnerships within the Saudi Arabian logistics and delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute VEGO robust B2B/B2G sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets for VEGO portfolio of EV Bikes, scooters, light EVs, and related accessories.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure major contracts with key stakeholders, including:
    • Tier 1 & 2 Logistics Companies and 3PLs (Third-Party Logistics Providers).
    • Leading Grocery and Food Delivery Applications operating in KSA.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing via CRM system (Sales forces, Zoho or Odoo, etc.)
Domain Expertise & Market Leadership
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the technical specifications and commercial benefits of VEGO Micromobility solutions to potential B2B partners.
  • Provide competitive market analysis specific to the adoption of EVs/e-Bikes by logistics and delivery fleets in KSA, identifying market gaps and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with the Product and Operations teams to translate customer needs into product feature recommendations and service improvements.
Relationship & Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with relevant stakeholders and key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Manage and grow post‑sale relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, fleet adoption, and identifying opportunities for upselling and recurring revenue.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven Sales

    Experience:

    Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive sales/business development experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Micromobility/EV Domain Expertise:
    Solid, hands‑on experience in the sales or management of Electric Vehicles (EVs), EV Bikes, scooters & EV chargers, Micromobility solutions, and their relevant accessories.
  • Experience in transportation eco system in the kingdom.
  • KSA Logistics Knowledge (Critical):
    Great knowledge and established professional network within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's logistics domain, including in-depth understanding of:
    • Logistics operational models and last‑mile challenges.
    • The business structure of major logistics/fleet companies.
    • The operational needs of grocery and food delivery applications.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Language:
    Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for navigating the KSA commercial landscape, Urdu is a Big PLUS.
