Job Purpose: To drive business growth by securing new clients and projects in the exhibitions, events, and production sector. The role requires a mix of relationship‑building, market knowledge, and sales expertise to deliver creative and tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and production services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and government entities.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions including booth design, event setups, and production services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to remain competitive.
- Represent the company in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communication in the CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience in the exhibition, events, or production industry in KSA.
- Strong understanding of exhibition stand builds, event logistics, and AV production services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target‑driven, and self‑motivated with a results‑oriented approach.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel for meetings and events.
- Portfolio of past clients/projects in the events or exhibition field.
- Experience working with government, semi‑government, and large corporate accounts.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D exhibition stand design basics (to communicate with designers effectively).
