Our Potential OpportunityINTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Industrial Digitalization Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing. Our Digital Solutions drive innovation and optimize industrial processes.
What You’ll Lead And Deliver- Lead the full sales cycle for Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity offerings, from prospecting and opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales adoption.
- Strategically prioritize high‑value accounts and pursue complex enterprise and EPC opportunities.
- Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and industry insights.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate demand for digital and cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow‑up to meet revenue targets.
- Navigate multi‑stakeholder sales processes involving technical, commercial, and operational decision‑makers.
- Manage long sales cycles with objectivity and critical thinking to resolve challenges and align solutions with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close high‑value deals successfully.
- Partner with presales and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions for clients.
- Translate technical and business concepts into clear, compelling presentations that influence adoption among C‑suite executives.
- Advise clients on digital transformation, OT cybersecurity strategy, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships to position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Expand professional networks proactively, leveraging existing industry contacts and cultivating new relationships.
- Influence long‑term adoption and repeat business through relationship‑building and solution‑oriented consulting.
- Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering against sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, high client satisfaction, and successful adoption of solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry‑specific trends to provide consultative guidance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, positioning the company as an innovator and solution leader in Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity.
Saudi Arabia (Primary), with travel flexibility in GCC for wider regional coverage.
Requirements- 10 - 15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in digital solutions, OT cybersecurity, industrial software, or industrial or enterprise automation.
- Proven track record selling to large end users, EPCs, utilities, and regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, long‑cycle, high‑value deals.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, digital transformation, OT environments, and cybersecurity.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with presales, delivery, and partner teams.
- Strong hunter mindset with structured execution.
- High commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and executive‑level presence.
- Culturally aware, Relationships & experience in KSA with (additional preference) if experience working across GCC markets.
- Experience in direct sales and external client‑facing roles delivering solutions or projects.
- Experience in business development, with an execution focus and ability to deliver against deadlines.
- Strength in sales closure and business generation for a similar portfolio of solutions in the industry.
- Critical thinking skills, objectivity in decision‑making, complex problem analysis and creative problem solving, dispute resolution, and overall strong solutions‑oriented mindset.
