Job Description:
The Corporate Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing corporate accounts, promoting the company’s human resources services, and achieving sales targets through effective client relationship management and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Promote HR solutions and manpower services to corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
