Sales Agent; EPS​/XPS Industry

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent specializing in the EPS/XPS (Expanded Polystyrene / Extruded Polystyrene) sector. This role is essential for expanding our market share and promoting products to both existing and prospective customers across various construction, insulation, and packaging industries.

• Identify and target potential customers in the EPS/XPS market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and supply chain dynamics.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on EPS/XPS or related building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driver's license; willingness to travel as necessary.
