Responsibilities

  • The Commercial Executive will be responsible for the sales process of Augustus Media brands including Lovin Saudi, Lovin Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam, Smashi, and Odeum.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks.
  • Managing and supporting all aspects of commercial management and stakeholders.
  • Developing and presenting commercial media proposals to clients is a strong plus.
  • Prospect new clients, including the ability to qualify and close new accounts.
  • Effectively prepare for and manage business meetings.
  • Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.
  • Effectively collaborate with functional groups such as Sales, performance and Content teams to optimize campaigns and meet performance objectives.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, elevate delivery issues as necessary.
  • Track, optimize, and compile campaign analytics and custom end of campaign reports for clients.
  • Aim to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Requirements
  • 0‑1 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Media or agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
  • Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detail‑oriented and persuasive.
