Goals:
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory or market segment
- Achieving sales targets in line with company strategy and budget
- Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
- Promote company products and solutions with strong technical and commercial understanding
- Support market penetration and brand positioning
Scope of Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Support contract negotiations in coordination with management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and approval procedures

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related roles
- Experience in construction systems, formwork, scaffolding, or similar products is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of construction methods and project workflows
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of sales processes and contract basics
Method & Personal Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience is an advantage
Language
- English:
Good command (written and spoken)
