Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our Real Estate Company
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify new clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client data.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real‑estate regulations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property brokerage (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of real‑estate market and sales regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Valid real‑estate license (if applicable).
