Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Level
3) with a proven track record in driving high-value opportunities and managing strategic B2B accounts. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through advanced commercial acumen and deep product knowledge. The Senior Sales Executive also serves as a mentor to junior staff, ensuring both sales excellence and team stability.
- Strategic Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, conducting business reviews and strategy meetings to ensure long-term retention and expansion.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify high-value leads through research, networking, and professional outreach to expand the pipeline.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and mentor Associate and Specialist Sales Executives on client communication and sales discipline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver solution-based proposals and client demos.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain 100% accurate records in Odoo CRM, providing timely forecasts and performance summaries to management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions in Riyadh to support strategic decision‑making.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in technology, IoT, or telematics industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or Engineering.
- Language: Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Riyadh market with a proven ability to navigate and grow within it.

Strong negotiation skills, technical credibility, and experience managing a robust sales pipeline. - Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within Riyadh.
