We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Sales — a driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, closing deals, and winning in the field.

What You’ll Do:- Lead merchant acquisition through field visits, outbound calls, emails, and high-impact product demos
. - Build, manage, and optimize a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand merchant needs and propose tailored Zid solutions that drive conversion and long-term value.
- Mentor junior sales team on lead generation, qualification, and best sales practices.
- Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Lead complex sales presentations and product demonstrations independently.
- Negotiate pricing, packages, and contracts to close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline performance for leadership visibility.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key and high-value merchants.
- Ensure a smooth post-sale experience through proactive follow-ups and support.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants unlock the full value of Zid’s solutions.
- Represent Zid as a senior ambassador at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events
. - Plan and execute structured on‑ground visits across regions and merchant segments.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and merchant behavior.
- Share insights and market intelligence with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Experience:
- 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology
. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong background in B2B field sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft / Google Workspace tools.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Ambitious, resilient, and naturally driven to close deals.
- Comfortable handling rejection and performing under pressure.
- High energy, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Willing to travel and represent Zid in events when needed.
