Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages to attract new customers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's brand

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Riyadh
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors' activities
