Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Engineer, located in Riyadh. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met. The role also involves attending industry events and trade shows to promote Gulf Crete's services.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met

- Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
- Technical knowledge of Construction, Civil, Electro Mechanical, and Architectural works
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
