Sales Executive – Healthcare Technology & Solutions

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the Saudi Arabian healthcare market. You will focus on selling innovative technology and solution-based offerings to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven sales experience within the Saudi Arabian healthcare market.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
