Storekeeper

Responsibilities

• Creating a store requisition.
• Tracks the supplies.
• Inspect deliveries for damage; report those to the asst. manager and record-keeping.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning goods.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Posting the received invoices in the inventory system.
• Prepare expiry dates of all food stocks and submit it to the asst. manager.
• Monitor the temperature of storage facility (Storeroom, refrigerator, freezer).

• Good moral character, obedient, hardworking, and service oriented.
• High stress tolerance.
• Can read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain the pace of operation is required.
• Entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
