What You’ll Be Doing

Our Sales Supervisor is responsible for establishing strong customer relationships through personalized service, achieving sales targets and receivables, and managing stock. The role also includes building, training, and supervising a team of front‑liners, as well as supporting the implementation of in‑store events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong Supplier/Retailer relationships to foster effective collaboration.
  • Communicate with Retailers to assess their needs and provide assistance in meeting those needs.
  • Address Retailers’ queries regarding products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
  • Cascade and distribute monthly sales targets by POS.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and adherence to SOPs.
  • Supervise the sales process, including follow‑up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and management of receivables.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
  • Support proper execution of in‑store marketing activations.
  • Ensure stock replenishment on shelves/counters in a timely and organized manner.
  • Oversee ordering and replenishment of all goods to avoid stockouts, processing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain running inventory in coordination with the back‑office team during sales promotions.
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines are met for all brands.
  • Implement on‑field launches and activations in line with the back‑office team.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to define events’ quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Handle the setup of POS events following trade marketing guidelines.
  • Participate in recruitment and training of the sales team.
  • Encourage and motivate sales teams to execute events and achieve sales objectives.
  • Assist in defining an optimal event schedule considering local and cultural events.
  • Submit event reports to management, including quantitative results, qualitative insights, and key learnings.
  • Participate in relevant projects and community activities as needed.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Minimum 2 years in retail or FMCG sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing POS operations.
  • Experience in coaching and supervising a sales team, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
