In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and representing the prestige of Richemont’s luxury Maisons. This position requires a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for clients.##

Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
* Achieve personal sales targets and contribute positively to overall store performance.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
* Develop and maintain expert product knowledge across all Richemont Maisons.
* Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.## Requirements
* Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a premium customer service environment.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations.
* Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and creating memorable client experiences.
