Field Sales Representative

In this role, you will be the face of our company, directly engaging with customers in our retail environment to provide exceptional service and drive product sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries about our products, and promoting special offers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and the checkout process.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing and stocked.
• Promote and upsell product promotions and special offers to increase sales.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

• Previous experience as a Retail Sales Representative or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Sales-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
