In this role, you will help develop the skills and knowledge of our Brand Ambassadors through engaging training sessions, in-store coaching, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our retail teams provide an exceptional customer experience.

You will also support brand activations in educating customers, including masterclasses, PR events, and VIP client sessions.

• Collaborate with Retail Managers to assess training needs and define a training plan tailored to the Saudi Market.
• Collaborate with the Regional Middle East Education & Retail Experience Manager – Niche brands, to adapt digital and non-digital training materials ensuring alignment with brand objectives and training needs.
• Organize and deliver engaging training sessions, including classroom, virtual and in-store coaching to the BAs.
• Develop and maintain induction trainings for new joiners covering brand storytelling, brand DNA, product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques.
• Maintain tracking and monitoring of training progress and in-store coaching sessions to measure impact and performance.
• Work closely with the Retail Managers to track, monitor and support the BAs performance. Motivate and maximize BAs productivity through in-store coaching.
• Provide ongoing instore coaching follow-ups to ensure consistency in service delivery, brand representation, grooming, and achievement of sales targets.
• Support brand activations, masterclasses, and PR events by educating customers and enhancing brand awareness.
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required.

• Training experience in luxury fragrance in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the market and retail dynamics.
• Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written) to effectively train and engage with the retail team in Saudi Arabia and proficiency in English to communicate with regional teams and work with training content, which is primarily in English.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively engage retail teams and customers in events.
• Proficiency in MSOffice especially PowerPoint (advanced).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to travel across different cities in Saudi Arabia to support the team in various locations.
• Passionate about luxury beauty especially fragrances.
