Retail Client Advisor - KSA National

Quest Search & Selection is hiring a Retail Client Advisor for a renowned luxury brand in the fitness industry.

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated Client Advisor with a genuine interest and a real passion for sport and wellness, who will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an excellent in-store experience to the customers.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to the clientele.
• Provide expert advice on product selection and styling to reflect the brand’s luxurious image.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest product lines, trends, and brand history to offer knowledgeable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
• Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred.
