Purpose

As an Ambassador of

A. Lange & Söhne inside and outside the boutique, the mission of the Senior Watch Advisor is to provide an excellent customer experience. Working within a professional and exciting team, the role is to attain desired results through creative and effective use of resources and retail and CRM tools (iCM). Prepare monthly action plans to achieve sales targets to meet or exceed the personal monthly sales objective, while managing all steps of the sales process and offering an exclusive customer service in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • SALES - Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).
  • SALES - Maximize profit while controlling and minimizing costs (discounts, general expenses, third-party commissions).
  • SALES - Regularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with Assistant/Boutique Manager to refine future sales projections.
  • SALES - Organize private viewings with potential VIPs in your region.
  • SALES - Discuss business opportunities/action plans of potential prospects with Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  • SALES - Act as a reference in building action plans to achieve personal targets.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Ensure excellence within and outside of the boutique.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Ensure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Keep learning about the products and brand and become a reference person for the Maison.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills with clients, Top VIPs & third parties at any given time.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Responsible for overall appearance and maintenance of the boutique in accordance to brand guidelines and concept.
  • BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP - Assist in timely boutique implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandising concepts.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Ensure service excellence within the boutique at all times with boutique clients.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Contribute to a positive atmosphere in the boutique; optimistic, constructive, helpful, confident, etc.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Proactively participate in regular VIPs and orders, mindful of boutique opportunities.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Ensure accurate and genuine relationship building with customers.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Recruit VIPs, customers and prospects for boutique sales and marketing activities.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Handle client complaints with care and promptly report product-related issues to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  • CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES - Follow up and coordinate individual repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
  • STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - Actively participate in monthly/quarterly/yearly stocktaking and quality control.
  • STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - Ensure measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times.
  • STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - Automatic replenishment of sold timepieces and active order requests.
  • STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - Maintain and care for boutique timepieces (e.g., changing straps, polishing, servicing).
  • STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT - Represent boutique management during their absence.
  • FINANCIAL & CASH REGISTER CONTROL - Compliance with procedures and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
  • FINANCIAL & CASH REGISTER CONTROL - Proficiency in handling credit card transactions of significant amounts and cash register operations.
  • REPORTING - Ensure timely reporting of opportunities, incidents, etc. to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
  • REPORTING - Share new practices and ideas with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to enhance boutique operations.
  • REPORTING - Network properly and accurately with competition, especially with neighboring boutiques.
  • TEAM WORK - Share new ideas and knowledge with boutique team members and office colleagues.
  • TEAM WORK - Provide full assistance to shift colleagues during sales ceremonies.
  • TEAM WORK - Actively participate in boutique trainings and role-plays to improve knowledge and client experience.
  • TEAM WORK - Proactively support onboarding of new boutique members.
