• Check in with customers to create a personalized experience and to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns.
• Serve food and beverages, including specialty dishes, at tables as needed.
• Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
• Clean tables or counters after guests have finished.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Explain the preparation of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
• Prepare tables for meals by setting up tableware.
• Clear dishes and glasses from tables and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Audit all plates and orders before serving.

• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to welcome customers or guests with a cheerful & positive manner.
• Hardworking team player.
• Highly self‑motivated, with the ability to inspire others.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
