Demi Chef De Partie - F&B Culinary

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen. This role requires prior short order cooking experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• High School Certification
• Culinary Degree or Similar work Experience
• Food Manager Sanitation Certification from Accredited Program such as Serv Safe or Highfield PIC

• 0-4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high‑volume kitchen related experience.
• Experience in high volume kitchen environments – Restaurants/Hotels/Theme Parks/Sports and Entertainment sectors

• Adept knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi‑cultural team.

• Effective organization and time management ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of food to guests
• Attention to detail, good sejv work speed and disciplined work performance are essential abilities of the DCDP
