Overview

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of dining services within a hospitality establishment, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
  • Manage menu planning, food preparation, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train staff members, including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any dining-related issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
