Job Title:
Assistant Restaurant Manager Riyadh

The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations by supporting staff, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding food safety and health regulations. Key responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling and training, handling customer issues, ordering supplies, and contributing to the restaurant's profitability and smooth, professional operation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, onboard, and supervise restaurant staff, while providing ongoing training and performance feedback.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experiences by resolving complaints, coaching staff on service standards, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.

Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, negotiate with vendors, and track food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.

Operations: Assist with opening and closing the restaurant, create staff schedules, and ensure efficient daily operations across all service areas.

Compliance and Standards: Enforce health and safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and company policies to ensure quality and compliance.

Financial Support: Assist with budgeting, record-keeping, managing cash transactions, and monitoring sales and expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.

Customer Service: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.

Operational

Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management, staff scheduling, and daily restaurant operations.
