Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry​/Bakery

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen. This role requires prior short‑order cooking experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• High School Certification
• Culinary Degree or similar work experience
• Food Manager Sanitation Certification from an accredited program such as Serv Safe or Highfield PIC

2‑4 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a high‑volume kitchen.

Experience in high‑volume kitchen environments: restaurants, hotels, theme parks, sports and entertainment sectors.

• Adept knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi‑cultural team.

• Effective organization and time management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food to guests.
• Attention to detail, good work speed, and disciplined performance are essential abilities of the DCDP.
