Head Chef

An exciting opportunity to lead kitchen operations for a premium international restaurant brand in Riyadh. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of food quality, consistency, and compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead and train kitchen teams to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and waste management across all kitchen functions.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams and senior management to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with local food and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support new menu development, seasonal offerings, and innovation in line with brand identity.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in premium or international restaurant concepts.
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in the GCC region is a plus.
