Overview

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen. The role requires prior short‑order cooking experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in a high‑volume kitchen, ensuring speed, quality and safety.

• High School Certification
• Food Manager Sanitation Certification from an accredited program such as Serv Safe or Highfield PIC
• Culinary Degree or similar work experience

• 0-4 years as a Demi Chef De Partie or a similar role in a high‑volume kitchen
• Experience in high‑volume kitchen environments such as restaurants, hotels, theme parks and sports & entertainment sectors

• Knowledge of industry food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work consistently well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative teamwork in a multi‑cultural environment

• Effective organization and time management to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
• Attention to detail, good work speed and disciplined performance
