Kitchen Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Kitchen Coordinator to join our team. The Kitchen Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations from Central Kitchen to partner companies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a kitchen environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high‑quality food and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Create and update menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to managementampilkan.
• Assist with scheduling and managing kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost‑saving measures where necessary.

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time premio‑management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
  
  NAME and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
