Captain, Server​/Wait Staff, Restaurant​/Food Service

Position:
Waiter/Waitress / Food and Beverage Assistant

Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the outlet(s) daily operations with a goal of providing a high quality experience to guests.

• Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the outlet.
• Possess good product knowledge and be well‑versed in all menu items served.
• Present the menu confidently and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to customers.
• Place orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and help serve orders to tables accurately.
• Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station.
• Handle guests’ feedback promptly.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and training as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.

• Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team.
• A keen eye for quality control.
