Real Estate Specialist at Al-Qafari Group

Al-Kaffary Group is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing expert guidance on market trends, and assisting clients with their property investments and sales. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and excellent negotiation skills to ensure successful outcomes for both the company and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Market Research:
    Perform thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for property acquisition and development
  • Manage Transactions:
    Oversee the execution of real estate transactions from initial inquiries through to closing
  • Build Relationships:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals
  • Provide Client Advisory:
    Offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
  • Prepare Reports:
    Create detailed reports and presentations on property listings, market trends, and transaction processes
  • Negotiate

    Terms:

    Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved
  • Stay Updated:
    Keep abreast of local real estate regulations, market conditions, and changes affecting the industry
  • Collaborate Across Departments:
    Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure alignment on real estate initiatives and objectives
Requirements
  • Educational

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience:

    Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management
  • Market Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of market trends, local regulations, and best practices in the industry
  • Negotiation and Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with clients and investors
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical abilities to assess property values and understand market conditions
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software
