Responsible for managing the retail property portfolio, leading lease negotiations, evaluating new sites, and advising the business on commercial opportunities and risks across assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate, negotiate, and manage leases from start to finish, including renewals and renegotiations
- Review store layouts and manage store opening schedules with stakeholders
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new retail locations (malls & street sites)
- Advise on renewals, relocations, or closures of existing stores
- Manage property costs and provide commercial and investment analysis
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead and develop the Real Estate team in line with business needs
- Provide advisory support on lease legal matters, insurance, and risk assessment
- Prepare reports to keep management and stakeholders informed
- Strong experience in retail real estate and lease negotiations
- Solid understanding of property markets and commercial risk
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex portfolios
