Asas Althbat is looking for a results-driven Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities end-to-end—from lead handling and unit viewings to negotiation, contract signing, and handover coordination. You’ll play a key role in improving occupancy, accelerating leasing cycles, and delivering a professional tenant experience.
Tasks- Receive and qualify leasing leads (calls, Whats App, walk-ins, portals) and maintain a clean pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct property/unit viewings and present unit features, terms, and policies.
- Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficiently.
- Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation; ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with operations/property management to ensure unit readiness and smooth handover.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to improve conversion rates and reduce vacancy days.
- Support renewals and retention activities when required.
