Senior QA/QC Architect – Hospitality Projects

The Senior QA/QC Architect is responsible for ensuring that all architectural works for hospitality construction projects comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting inspections, reviewing material submittals and shop drawings, and ensuring high-quality finishes and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable building standards.
• Conduct site inspections for architectural works including finishes, façade systems, interior fit-out, joinery, flooring, and cladding.
• Review and verify architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify quality issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, material approvals, and quality records.
• Monitor installation works to ensure they follow approved method statements and inspection plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve architectural quality issues.
• Ensure hospitality areas such as guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and public spaces meet luxury finishing standards.
• Support internal and external quality audits in line with ISO 9001

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional training or certification in Quality Management or Construction Quality Control is preferred.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural construction.
• At least 5 years in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in hospitality or luxury hotel projects

• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods and finishing standards.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and inspections.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and construction QA/QC procedures
  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and MS Office
  .
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
