To ensure full compliance of the Red Meat factory site to the company Safety Policy, Quality Policy, Divisional Quality Management System and achievement of the Divisional Business and Quality Objectives by managing all quality related processes, personnel and resources.

The candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science.
• 8 years' experience in similar roles within the meat industry - preferably with multi-national company.
• Formal ISO 9001/22000/14001/FSSC 22000/AIBI qualification Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of microbiology. Background in food manufacturing specialization in Red Meat
