This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager & Operations Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing quality control and inspection processes to ensure products meet international and client-specific standards. Responsibilities include managing quality operations, conducting inspections and testing, training team members, and developing quality management strategies to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance with regulations.

• Expertise in Quality Control and Inspection to evaluate and ensure adherence to standards
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members in quality assurance practices
• Strong Quality Management skills to design, implement, and oversee efficient quality systems
• Proficiency in Testing to assess product compliance and functionality
• Ability to lead with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in the inspection industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

• Act as the primary liaison between external stakeholders, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Oversee the daily operations and management of the Saudi branch.
• Maintain seamless communication and coordination with the China headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, implement quality control systems, and optimize operational processes.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry.
• Strong managerial skills with a proven track record in team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficient in English as a working language; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and adapt to fast-paced business needs.
