Position: Staff QS Engineer

Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish end-to-end quality system framework for the factory.
  • Maintain quality systems and coordinate with corporate quality system departments for external audits.
  • Conduct internal quality system audits and implement closed-loop management.
  • Develop and operate internal continuous improvement systems.
    • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with common issues in computer hardware and OS systems, basic FA analysis skills, and knowledge of quality control processes.
  • Strong team management and interpersonal skills. Preferred

    Job Requirements::

    proficiency in quality tools/digital tools, possession of PMP/Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certifications.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
