• Master's degree in Nursing, or MBA, or related health discipline degree (online degrees/diplomas are not accepted), and
• Current Nursing (RN) license in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and
• Specialty qualification related to area of expertise required. Evidence must be provided, and
• Minimum of seven years of current experience as a RN, including at least four years of current leadership experience in the specialty area, working in a mid- to large-size acute-care hospital setting in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand.

The Nursing Development and Saudization Department (ND&S) has the overall responsibility for providing Nursing Affairs with comprehensive educational services that promote staff development and continuing education at all levels. Services encompass orientation, staff development, continuing education, clinically-based education and support to staff nurses and clinical placements for local nursing students पहला affiliated entities.

ND&S facilitates clinical opportunities and internships to Saudi student nurses from Kingdom and foreign universities and college programs. Selected nurse graduates from Kingdom universities are accepted into an extended learning program post completion of their university internship. Additionally, Saudi foreign scholarship nurses are taa supported in an internship program upon successful graduation.

Nursing Development and Saudization supports organizational initiatives related to the Hospital's strategic priorities, quality improvement and quality management and requests from governmental agencies and entities.
