Director Women's Health Nursing

Essential

Requirements:

-Western educated, trained and experienced RN with valid professional registration and license from country of origin;

-Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;

-Master Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration or related;

- Registered Nurse specialized in Women´s Health
-Certified Women´s Health Nurse or equivalent Specialized Certificate and/or training in Women´s Health;

- Post graduate degree ialist training program in Women´s Health- preferred;

-Minimum 10 years post-qualification clinical experience in an appropriate and relevant healthcare setting- of which significant Women´s Health nursing progressive management clinical experience;
Nurses who have PhD/ Doctoral Degree will need to have only 7 years of post-graduate experience;

-Minimum 3 years of current experience in a Women´s Health Nursing Director Role s in an Assistant Director of Women´s Health Nursing Services or in a similar high end management and leadership role;

-Valid BLS and ACLS certifications;

-Advanced Clinical Specialty
-Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist- CNS – advantage;

-Thorough and extensive knowledge in developing, assessing, evaluating nursing service objectives, clinical policies and procedures and directing the implementation of these objectives and of changes when appropriate;

-Ability to cope in a quick timely manner to different situations;

-Great responsibility and accountability;

-Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations;
